By accessing, browsing, submitting any form, or otherwise using this website (the “Service”) you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to enter into these Terms.

3. Interpretation & Definitions

Capitalised terms have the meanings set out below, whether used in singular or plural.

  • Affiliate – any entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control with a party (“control” = ≥ 50 % voting interest).

  • Company / We / Us / Our – see section 1 above.

  • Device – any device capable of accessing the Service (PC, phone, tablet, etc.).

  • Service – this website and its content, features and forms.

  • Third-Party Social-Media Service – any third-party content integrated into the Service.

  • You / User – the individual or legal entity accessing the Service.

4. Email Updates & Consent

When you submit your e-mail address via any form, you:

  1. Request product news and other launch-related information.

  2. Give explicit consent under Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR for Us to process that address solely for these updates.

  3. Accept that We store a timestamped record of your consent for up to 24 months or until you withdraw it.

  4. May withdraw consent at any time using the “unsubscribe” link in every message or by e-mailing business@mirageset.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before we receive it.

We never sell or share your address with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Privacy & Cookies

Personal data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We currently place only essential, non-identifying cookies unless you activate analytics or similar tools that require separate consent.

6. Links to Other Websites

The Service may contain links to third-party sites beyond our control. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Review the terms and privacy notices of any third-party site you visit.

7. Termination

  • For breach: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without prior notice.

  • For convenience: We may discontinue the Service or close your account with 14 days’ prior e-mail notice.

Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or wilful misconduct).

Otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by Czech law:

  • Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is capped at the greater of (i) the total amount you paid Us in the previous 12 months or (ii) 100 USD.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, data, business or privacy.

9. “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Prague, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to sue in your EU member state of residence.

11. Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you may bring an out-of-court complaint to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) or via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be modified to achieve its objective to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

13. Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce that or any other provision later.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be announced by e-mail (if you subscribed) and on the website 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Service before the new Terms apply.
